classification of goods for import and export into India

All over the world the goods are classified in specific tariff heading for import and export.There is a uniform practice to classify the goods as per World Customs Organisation(WCO) and WTO.
If any dispute is there about classification of goods,then ,the disputing countries take to WCO forum. The classification of goods is dynamic process.It changes as per change in technology and functional use.
I will concentrate more on emerging issue of classification faced by Indian trading community.
